Queen’s English

  1. Add the gin and limoncello to a cocktail shaker half filled with ice
  2. Strain into a glass with a large ice cube and lemon wedge
  3. Add the tonic water and stir gently
  4. Top with a sprig of thyme
  • 50ml Langley’s First Chaptern
  • 150ml Premium Tonic Water
  • 5ml Limoncello (optional)
  • Wedge of Lemon

or

  • Smoking Thyme (optional)

Martini

  1. Combine the gin and vermouth in a cocktail shaker with ice
  2. Shake well and pour into a chilled martini glass
  3. Garnish with a Nocellara olive or a twist of lemon
  • 75ml Langley’s London Dry Gin
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • Nocellara Olive

or

  • Twist of Lemon Peel

Negroni

  1. Add the gin, vermouth, Campari and three dashes of bitters to a short glass filled with ice
  2. Stir gently
  3. Garnish with an orange twist and serve ice cold
  • 25ml Langley’s Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 25ml Campari
  • Angostura bitters
  • Twist of Orange Peel

Martinez

  1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice and add the gin, vermouth, maraschino and bitters
  2. Shake well then strain into a Martini glass
  3. Garnish with a twist of orange peel or a Amarena cherry
  • 50ml Langley’s Old Tom Gin
  • 25ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 10ml Maraschino
  • 1 Dash of Aromatic Bitters
  • Twist of Orange Peel

or

  • Amarena Cherry

Tom Collins

  1. Add the gin, lemon juice, and sugar syrup to a highball glass filled with ice
  2. Stir gently
  3. Add the soda and continue to stir
  4. Garnish with twist of lemon peel or Amarena cherry
  • 50ml Langley’s London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 150ml Premium Soda
  • Twist of Lemon Peel
  • Amarena Cherry

English 75

  1. Pour the lemon juice, sugar syrup and gin into a cocktail shaker then fill with ice
  2. Shake well and strain into a champagne coupe
  3. Leave it to settle then top up with English sparkling wine, and stir gently
  4. Add a twist of lemon peel
  • 25ml Langley’s London Dry Gin
  • 20ml Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice
  • 10ml Sugar Syrup
  • 100ml English Sparkling Wine
  • Twist of Lemon Peel

Langley’s G&B

  1. Fill a glass with ice
  2. Pour over 50ml of Langley’s London Dry
  3. Top up with 150ml of quality Indian tonic water
  4. Garnish with a juicy wheel of grapefruit and finish with a sprig of basil
  • 50ml Langley’s London Dry Gin
  • 150ml Premium Tonic Water

  • Wheel of Grapefruit
